We are seeking a lead-focused Content Creator who can blend technical topics with creativity to produce engaging English content.
What You Will Do?
Creative Content Production
Transform technical processes like API, integration, and UX/UI into simple, memorable stories that the target audience can understand. Create original content suitable for brand tone in various formats (blog, case study, landing page, social media posts, video scripts, email series). Turn complex product features into creative concepts that focus on problem-solving and conversion.
Strategic Production (Lead Focused)
Structure LinkedIn, Instagram, and blog content not just for 'likes' (vanity metrics) but for lead goals like form submissions and meeting requests. Track content performance and improve messages and formats based on data.
Showcase Management
Strengthen the agency's website and product pages with case studies and demo content, helping potential customers understand us faster.
Funnel Design
Plan which steps a user goes through with a piece of content to land in the CRM as a 'potential lead' and create content series accordingly.
Skills We Are Looking For
Language Skills
Our working language is English; we expect strong written and verbal English communication. Knowing Turkish or Russian will be considered a significant plus.
Visual & Video
Great if you can create visuals with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator; and edit short videos/Reels with CapCut or Premiere.
Copywriting
You can write fluent, simple, and sales-oriented texts in Turkish or English.
Tech Curiosity & Analytical View
You are curious about topics like software, CRM, web performance; you love tracking 'how many leads this post brought' side of your content.
